Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. Here's everything you need to know about changes to your appointment.

Our Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. This fee helps us continue to provide the highest standard of care to all our clients.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. After two no-shows, we may require a deposit to secure future bookings.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. If you are ill, injured, or experiencing a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Refunds

Prepaid sessions and gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or applied to a different service.
